How do I place an order?
Select a product, add it to your cart, then proceed to checkout. For custom requests, contact us directly.
Can I modify an order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once production or dispatch begins, changes may not be possible.
How do I choose my size?
Use the size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, send us your measurements for guidance.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Selected kaftans, agbada and suits can be made to measurement.
How long does delivery take?
Ready to wear pieces typically arrive within 7 to 14 days in Nigeria, with express delivery available at a fee. Made to order pieces require additional production time.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes. International timing and costs are calculated according to destination.
How should I care for my garment?
Dry cleaning is recommended for tailored and embroidered pieces. Store garments in a cool, dry place.
Do you offer home or office measurement services?
Yes, we offer home or office measurement services for orders of 500k upward and within Lagos ONLY!. Note: services charge applies.
Do you accept customer fabrics for sewing either Kaftans or Agbadas?
Yes, we accept customer fabrics for sewing both Kaftans and Agbadas at a fee.
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes, we accept installment payments, with seventy percent paid before production and thirty percent paid upon finishing.
